Shipping
We ship worldwide from our studio in Tbilisi, Georgia. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Georgia: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders above €500 qualify for complimentary shipping to most destinations.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Sale items, custom orders and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@elisheva-official.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Please contact us at hello@elisheva-official.com to arrange an exchange.
